NDIS PARTICIPATION IS REQUIRED.

All NDIS participants or potential participants that live in Queensland are able to access this independently managed service.

You might be surprised to find our services are FREE to you!

Additional funding is allocated in your NDIS plan to pay for a plan manager. This means that it doesn’t cost you anything!

We are locals ourselves.

We only recommend providers that we know and trust. Being a local and fully independent means that you can be assured that you will be getting the best recommendations possible.

Absolutely! Changing plan managers is an easy process we can help you with.

It is as easy as contacting your current plan manager and letting them know that you are changing to another plan manager and request that they reduce any of their current service bookings.

No, we can look after any NDIS participant that lives in Queensland.

If you are plan managed you have the flexibility to use providers who are not registered with the NDIA. This can provide you with the option to work with whoever you choose. This means that if your current therapist, such as psychologist or occupational therapist, are not NDIS registered – that’s ok, you can still use them.

It can also give you greater flexibility when choosing support workers. Your current cleaner or neighbour who provides you with assistance, can continue to support you and be paid with your NDIS funding.

We can certainly help to guide you through the process of applying for funding from the NDIS. Please contact us for more information.

There are 4 different ways to manage your plan:

  1. NDIA Managed
  2. Self Managed
  3. Plan Managed
  4. Combination of plan and self managed

We are committed to providing same day reimbursements for items or services you pay for.

Just email your receipt to amanda@sunshinecoastplanmanager.com.au with the following information:

  1. ‘Reimbursement’ in the subject line
  2. Copy of receipt
  3. Description of items or service if not clear from the receipt
  4. Your bank account details
  5. Total to be reimbursed

We promise prompt payment. Payments are usually made within 2 to 4 business days.

It is very unusual for payments to be longer than this but if they are, we will contact you and let you know why.
