We offer Plan Management at no cost to you

Typically, Plan Management Funds are allocated during your NDIS planning meeting. These funds are allocated on top of your other funding so that it is at no cost to you.

Your own dedicated Plan Manager

You will have a dedicated plan manager so you can work with the same person each time. Your plan manager will arrange to come to you to allow a face to face conversation to discuss your plan and how plan management can assist you to achieve your goals. This can also be arranged over the phone or online if preferred.

Our plan managers are local, so we can connect you with local providers and support networks. Your plan manager can assist with preplanning information if you are yet to have an NDIS planning meeting. Your plan manager can also assist with information prior to your review meeting. Your plan manager will work with you to ensure that your NDIS plan is fully utilised.

Technology Assisted

Sunshine Coast Plan Manager utilises the Careview app. This allows participants to manage their plan from their phone by:

  • Viewing invoices
  • Approving and Declining invoices
  • Monitoring when payments are made
  • Tracking funding
